@eharty94: 1 hour of treadmill. 13 incline 3.5 mph. Went 3.55 miles but burned 540 calories! I then took a CORE class with @lisalovesfitness man did she kick my butt! She’s unstoppable! And amazing 😊😘 love you!!! I woke up today and BAM!! My side definition is AWESOME! I’m so happy!!!! My lower abs could be better… But the upper I’m proud of! 👌👌 WHAT DO YOU THINK?
